As a co-founder of BaseLine TC, Jen brings a strategic, people and process-focused approach to Tenant Coordination. 

 With 25+ years in commercial real estate, Jeb has led all phases of development, including design, project management, construction, and tenant delivery. Backed by a strong foundation in Tenant Coordination, he brings rare insight into aligning project goals with execution — ensuring both Landlord and Tenant needs are met. 

 Laura brings extensive leasing experience, with over 35 million square feet of retail transactions, specializing in large mixed-use projects. She bridges Leasing, Landlord, and Tenant teams with clarity and ease, combining strategic insight with a direct, honest approach — a true Leasing Liaison from concept to opening.
